Description:
CKP lenticular modules offer a compact, hermetically closed solution for the treatment of all industrial liquids employing ltering through in-depth layers. CKP f ilter layers are embedded in a polypropylene structure composed of 16 overlaying cells, with a diameter of 12” (300 mm) or 16” (400 mm). The lenticular module offers all advantages of traditional sheets but in a totally closed and sterile environment thus preventing external contamination and product losses.
Advantages of lenticular modules:
- User friendly
- Low replacement time
- Increased production rate
- Range composed of the complete series of CKP sheets to satisfy different, specifi c applications.
- An adequate hermetic closing system when critical conditions and contamination risks occur.
- High stiffness and side resistance.
- When assembled during the manufacturing process, this avoids further tightening of the system after installation.
The special design of polypropylene disks and the sealing rings ensure:
- an even passage of liquid
- a reduction of pressure loss in the module
- a long lasting fi lter
- a reduction of fi ltering cycles
- greater homogeneity of fi ltered quality
- an easy adaptation to all lenticular containers available on the market, due to f lat gaskets and double O-ring terminal connections.
Specifications:
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
• Cordenons’ lenticular modules are available in diameter 12” (300 mm) or 16” (400 mm).
• Modules are composed of 16 cells, each of which is made of 2 filtering disks, shaped around a polypropylene internal frame.
• An injection mould polypropylene band seals the outer edges of the disks.
• The modules can be arranged single or stacked up to max 4 disks.
• The f inal sealing is performed by a f lat gasket or with a bayonet type coupling with double O-ring.
AVAILABLE RANGE
See CKP Filter sheets.
