After wide-ranging consultation with our Customers, coupled with continuous research our company has developed a new range of high quality fi lter wovens to offer an effi cient solution for any specifi c fi ltering application.
Materials are available in reels with widths ranging from 200 to 1000 mm and lengths from 50 to 1000 m.

VISCOSE
Composition: 80% viscose and 20% acrylic binding agent.
Substance: From 16 to 120 g/sm.
Temperature resistance: Up to 170°C
Characteristics: The strong, even fi bre bond offers a homogeneous covering on both surfaces as well as good resistance to traction both longitudinally and transversally. This allows it to bear contamination overload without the risk of breaking.
Suggested use
This product is the ideal solution for the medium f iltration of lubrorefrigeration emulsions on:
- Gravity separators
- Drum separators
- Pressure separators
For grinding machines, working centres, industrial washing machines, blasting machines, drawing machines, etc.

SPUNBONDED POLYESTER
Composition: 100% continuous wire polyester
Substance: 17-150 g/sm
Resistance to temperature: Up to 160°C
Characteristics: The polyester f ibre is totally water repellent, and the spun bonded working process attaches f ibres to one another without the need for binding substances. Such a fabric resists longitudinal and transversal traction; therefore, it can also be used in low substances while bearing heavy contaminant loads without the risk of breaking or tearing.
Suggested use
These products are f it for f iltering neat oils or emulsif ied oil, lubro-cooling substances or washing liquids of single or centralized plants with capacities from 50 up to 5000 litres/min.
For acid-based galvanising systems used on:
- Pressure centralized separators
- Gravity separators
- Drum separators
- Pressure separators fi ltering neat oil or emulsion.
