Description:
Micro-f ilter polyethersulphone (PES) cartridges have been designed in order to utilize the wide f iltering surface of the pleated PES membrane. This is used in several f ields of application for the treatment of liquid substances.
Hydrophilic PES membranes do not contain wetting agents and have a low level of extractable compounds so are the ideal solution for all systems requiring a high purity rate of fi ltered products.
Characteristics:
The main characteristics of PES cartridges are the following:
• Hydrophilic PES pleated membrane
• Low protein binding capacity
• High fl ow rate and low capacity loss
• Wide chemical compliance
All cartridges are thermo-welded with polypropylene in all components, and are compliant with the requirements of the US FDA CFR Title 21 and USP Class VI plastics test and USP for total extractable compounds.
Each cartridge undergoes an integrity test and a pure water cycle before f inal assembly.
They can be steam sterilized and sanitized.
There are four available standard lengths: 10”, 20”, 30”, 40”
Filtering retention rate:
Certif ied PES 0,1 – 0,2 – 0,45 – 0,65 – 0,8 – 1,0 microns

Food: Mineral waters, biers, wines.
Pharmaceutics: Sterile f iltration, ophthalmic use, WFI, Oral solutions, LVP
Chemical: Inks, solvents.
Electronic: High purity water, service waters.
Cosmetics: Alcohol based products, creams, lotions, essential oils, and mouthwash.
